Health insurance covers you when you’re sick, our membership program aims to keep you healthy.  Our membership program and packages are designed to fill the gap we see in our current healthcare system.

• $105 auto-debited on the 1st of each month
• Good for: 1 hour massage, 1 hour acupuncture session, or 30 min chiropractic .
• $105 sign up fee 
• Cancel or pause membership at anytime
• Discounted pricing of all additional visits

Details:

We will not bill these appointments to insurance. You may submit your own receipts if we are out of network with your insurance company, or if this is wellness care and not acute symptomatic care. The monthly visit must be used during that month, and visits do not accrue or rollover. No exceptions. We ask that a credit card to be held on file for auto billing. You may extend your membership rates to a friend for a $10 transfer fee. 

There is an additional charge of $60 for Initial Exams.

You can use these visits as you need them. This option is better if you are unsure that you can keep a monthly schedule or do not wish to keep a card on file.

There is an additional charge of $60 for Initial Exams.

Insurance

We accept both in and out of network insurance. Each insurance plan varies greatly therefore, as a courtesy we will verify your specific plan for benefits.

Please send us your insurance information at least 48 hours before your visit so we can check your benefits. Take a picture or scan the front and back of your insurance card and the front of your photo ID, then email it to us at reception@embracehealth.org. You may also bring it in to our office for us to copy.

If we are unable to verify your benefits before your appointment, you’ll be charged the full amount, then refunded once we receive your benefits.
