History of Pilates

The Pilates program at Embrace Health takes a classical approach to Pilates and stays true to Joe’s original teachings. We utilize all of the Pilates equipment including Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels and Magic Circle. Our skilled and Certified Pilates Instructors are highly trained to give clients an unparalleled amount of personal attention, even in group sessions. Through private and small group training, clients learn a systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns. Priorities on developing core strength from the inside out and promoting proper body alignment help clients to feel strong, energized and pain free.
